German Government Bonds Advance; 10-Year Yield Falls to 1.63%

German 10-year government bonds opened higher, pushing the yield on the securities down three basis points, or 0.03 percentage point, to 1.62 percent at 7:05 a.m. London time.

Two-year note yields were little changed at 0.19 percent.
