Endurance Hires ILS Capital’s Faure as Global Reinsurance Chief

Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd., the Bermuda-based provider of property and casualty insurance, named Jerome Faure as chief executive officer of the company’s global reinsurance unit.

Faure, who starts on March 11, will be responsible for Endurance’s North America, Bermuda and international reinsurance operations, the insurer said today in a statement distributed by Business Wire. Faure worked most recently at ILS Capital Management in Bermuda.
