Feb. 14 (Bloomberg) - Arthur Levitt, former chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission and an advisor to the Carlyle Group, says Carlyle is not buying Nasdaq OMX Group Inc. because "it is too expensive now." Levitt talks with Bloomberg's Tom Keene and Michael McKee on Bloomberg Radio's "Bloomberg Surveillance."
