Spanish 10-Year Government Bonds Drop as Italian Securities Fall

Spanish 10-year government bonds declined, pushing the yield on the securities up two basis points, or 0.02 percentage point, to 5.38 percent as of 7:40 a.m. London time.

The rate on similar-maturity Italian debt rose three basis points to 4.58 percent.
