Mexico January Manufacturing Index Rose to 52.1, IMEF Says

Mexico’s manufacturing index rose to 52.1 in non-seasonally adjusted terms in January from a revised 51.4 a month earlier, the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives said in an e-mailed statement today.

The non-manufacturing index fell to 51.7 in January from a revised 54.3 the month before, the IMEF said. The institute calculates the indexes with technical support from Inegi, as Mexico’s statistics agency is known.
