Oak Investment Partners and Gobi Partners filed a request for a written order with a New York state court judge in their case against VisionChina Media Inc. (VISN)
The venture capital firms seek to collect $60 million from VisionChina, an operator of a mobile television advertising network, as part of a breach-of-contract dispute.
The case is Shareholder Representative Services v. VisionChina Media, 650526-2011, New York State Supreme Court, New York County (Manhattan).
