Hong Kong Stocks Climb to 21-Month High; CSR Rises on Railcars

Hong Kong stocks rose, with the city’s benchmark index heading for its highest close since April 2011.

The Hang Seng Index (HSI) gained 0.8 percent to 23,835.67 as of 9:40 a.m. in Hong Kong. The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index of mainland companies advanced 1 percent to 12,203.54.
