U.S. Seeks to Dismiss Suit Over Chinese Purchase of Wind Farm

The U.S. Department of Justice asked a federal judge in Washington to throw out a suit by a Chinese- owned company challenging a government decision to bar its acquisition of an Oregon wind-farm project on national security grounds.
