Chavez Overcame Lung Infection, Venezuela’s Villegas Says

Venezuela’s President Hugo Chavez overcame a lung infection he contracted after a cancer-related surgery in Cuba last month, Information Minister Ernesto Villegas said today on state television.

Chavez is still having some breathing problems that are being treated, Villegas said from Santiago, Chile.
