Pemex Reopens Its Three Crude Export Terminals in the Gulf

Petroleos Mexicanos, the world’s fourth-largest crude producer, reopened the oil export terminals of Cayo Arcas, Dos Bocas and Coatzacoalcos in the Gulf of Mexico, the nation’s Merchant Marine said today in its daily weather bulletin.
