U.K.'s Cameron Says Algeria Attack Appears Coordinated

U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron speaks in the House of Commons about the terrorist attack on a gas plant in Algeria and the government's response and support in evacuation efforts. The gas complex is operated by London-based BP Plc, Statoil ASA (STL) of Norway and Algeria's Sonatrach.
