Tunisia Said to Buy 75,000 Tons Durum, 50,000 Tons Milling Wheat

Tunisia’s state grains office purchased 75,000 metric tons of durum wheat and 50,000 tons of milling wheat, according to two traders with direct knowledge of the tender.

The office bought three 25,000-ton cargoes of durum wheat at $392.89 to $406.69 a ton for delivery Feb. 20 to March 10, said the traders, who asked not to be identified because the results haven’t been announced.

It also purchased two 25,000-ton cargoes of milling wheat for delivery Feb. 20 to Feb. 28 at $356.42 and $359.69 a ton, they said.
