Fordham’s Scafidi on Supreme Court `Gray Market' Case (Audio)
Susan Scafidi, a professor of law at Fordham University Law School, discusses Supreme Court oral arguments on whether U.S. copyright holders can stop the resale in the U.S. of copyrighted items made abroad. The Court's decision may affect the so-called "gray market" in which retailers acquire imported goods through unauthorized channels to exploit the lower prices manufacturers may charge abroad. She talks with June Grasso on Bloomberg Radio's "Bloomberg Law."
