Duke Downs Clemson to Stay Unbeaten in Men’s College Basketball

Duke University won 68-40 against Clemson University to remain undefeated through 15 games this season in men’s college basketball.

Duke improved to 2-0 in Atlantic Coast Conference play, while sending the Tigers to an 0-2 record in the ACC and 8-6 overall.

Sophomore guard Quinn Cook scored a career-high 27 points to lead the top-ranked Blue Devils at Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham, North Carolina. Ryan Kelly had 12 points before leaving the game at halftime with a right leg injury, while Mason Plumlee added eight points and 13 rebounds for the home team.

Devin Booker led the Tigers with 12 points and 15 rebounds. Clemson trailed 25-10 at halftime, its worst first-half points tally since it scored nine against Wake Forest in 2001.
