Romania May Sell Nuclearelectrica Stake, Bursa Reports

Romania may sell a 10 percent stake in nuclear power plant operator Nuclearelectrica SA by the end of the first quarter, Bursa reported today, citing unidentified company officials.

The operator is currently negotiating the sale contract with Swiss Capital SA and BT Securities SA brokerages selected to manage the offer, unidentified Nuclearelectrica officials told the Bucharest-based newspaper.
