Seahawks Rally Past Redskins, Will Face Falcons in NFL Playoffs

The Seattle Seahawks rallied from a 14-point first-quarter deficit to beat the Washington Redskins 24-14 and complete the lineup for the second round of the National Football League playoffs.

The Atlanta Falcons will host the Seahawks on Jan. 13, with the winner advancing to the National Football Conference championship game on Jan. 20 against the Green Bay Packers or the 49ers, who meet Jan. 12 in San Francisco.

The Baltimore Ravens defeated the Indianapolis Colts 24-9 today to set up a Jan. 12 meeting with the Broncos in Denver. The Houston Texans yesterday overcame the Cincinnati Bengals 19-13 to set up a Jan. 13 visit to the New England Patriots in the other American Football Conference divisional game.

The Super Bowl is scheduled for Feb. 3 at the Superdome in New Orleans.
