GFI’s Radcliffe Named as Dry-Bulk Head of Baltic Exchange Group

Ed Radcliffe, a freight-derivatives broker at GFI Group Inc. (GFIG), was elected as this year’s chairman of the Forward Freight Agreement Brokers Association for the dry- bulk industry, the Baltic Exchange said.
The association is an independent group formed in 1997 that represents freight-futures brokers, according to the London- based exchange’s website. The group also has a chairman representing brokers for liquid cargoes.
