Latvian 2012 Budget Surplus 0.6% of GDP on Cash Basis, BNS Says

Jan. 3 (Bloomberg) --Latvia’s budget surplus in 2012 reached 93.1 million lati ($174.8 million), or 0.6 percent of gross domestic product, on a cash basis, the Baltic News Service reported, citing the state Treasury.
