Johns Manville, the building-products unit owned by Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (BRK/A), signed a 12-year lease to remain at its world headquarters in Denver.
The decision to stay at the JM Plaza on 17th Street involved “thorough evaluation of the economics and employee and business logistics of several locations, including alternate sites downtown and in the Denver Technical Center,” the unit of Omaha, Nebraska-based Berkshire said today in a statement posted online.
