Agrokor Raises 35 Million Euros on Sale-Leaseback, Poslovni Says

Agrokor d.d., Croatia’s largest closely-held company, raised 35 million euros ($46 million) through sale-leasebacks of its stores to WP Carey Inc. (WPC), Poslovni Dnevnik reported, citing a bourse filing by the U.S. real-estate investment banking firm.

Konzum d.d., Agrokor’s retail arm, still owns as much as 25 percent of more than 700 stores in Croatia, according to Poslovni.
