Ukraine State Debt Rose 1.7% in November, Finance Ministry Says

Ukraine’s state debt, including guarantees, increased 1.7 percent last month as the country sold $1.25 billion of Eurobonds, the Finance Ministry said.
Debt climbed to $62.7 billion from $61.7 billion in September, the Finance Ministry, based in the capital Kiev, said late yesterday in a statement on its website.
Foreign debt rose to $26 billion from $25 billion, while domestic debt expanded to $24.75 billion from $23.94 billion.
