Pakistan Markets to Close for Leader’s Anniversary, Christmas

Pakistan’s central bank, commercial banks, stock exchanges and government offices will be closed tomorrow to commemorate the birth anniversary of Mohammed Ali Jinnah, the nation’s founder, and Christmas.
The central bank, businesses and government offices will reopen on Dec. 26, according to the government and the State Bank of Pakistan, the central bank.
The Karachi Stock Exchange will also stay closed tomorrow, according to its website.
