Ex-SocGen Banker Wins Severance Pay Case at U.K.’s Top Court

Judges ruled the employment of Raphael Geys, a former managing director of European fixed-income sales, ended in 2008 and not 2007, meaning he is entitled to the full amount sought, totaling about 12.5 million euros.
