ADVANCERS * Israel Land Development (ILDC IT) +7.7 to 14 shekels, highest since Nov. 4 * Babylon (BBYL IT) +2.8%; Co. plunged 9% yday on reported changes to Google toolbar policy

DECLINERS * Modiin (MDINL IT) -7.7 to 0.72 shekel, lowest since June 1999 * Israel Land Energy (IE IT) -7% to 0.066 shekel, lowest on record
