Glencore May Buy Romania’s Prutul for $29 Million, ZF Reports

Glencore International Plc (GLEN) is negotiating the acquisition of Prutul SA, a Romanian maker of edible oil, for about 22 million euros ($29 million), Ziarul Financiar reported today, citing unidentified people familiar with the matter.

Representatives of the two companies didn’t respond to requests for comment, the newspaper said.
