N.Y. Giants Running Back Ahmad Bradshaw to Miss Game At Atlanta

The New York Giants will be missing leading rusher Ahmad Bradshaw for their National Football League game in two days at the Atlanta Falcons.

Bradshaw, 26, was ruled out of the game today because of knee and foot injuries. He has not practiced all week.

Bradshaw has 196 carries for 869 yards and five touchdowns this season, more than half the team’s total of carries (339) and yards rushing (1,513) in 2012. He also has 21 receptions for 196 yards.

The Giants (8-5) lead the National Football Conference East division by one game over the Washington Redskins and Dallas Cowboys. The Falcons (11-2) have the NFC’s best record and have clinched the NFC South division title.
