Wimbledon Tennis Profit Rises to Record $60.8 Million, LTA Says

This year’s profit from the Wimbledon tennis championships has jumped 7.1 percent to a record 37.7 millions pounds ($60.8 million), Britain’s Lawn Tennis Association said in its annual report.

Wimbledon, the world’s only grass-court Grand Slam event, has seen its profit rise 47 percent since 2008.
