German Two-Year Notes Fall; Yields Climb to Minus 0.05 Percent

German two-year notes declined, pushing the yield on the securities up two basis points, or 0.02 percentage point, to minus 0.05 percent at 7:05 a.m. London time. Ten-year bund yields rose one basis point to 1.33 percent.
