Citigroup Sued by Swisscanto Over Comments About Mortgage Loans

Citigroup Inc. (C) was accused in a lawsuit by Swisscanto Asset Management AG of making misleading statements about its financial condition from 2006 to 2009.

The suit in Manhattan federal court focuses on statements the New York-based bank made about the risks it faced over mortgage loans.
