Asia LNG Price Seen Rising 10th Week as Premium to Europe Widens

The price of liquefied natural gas in Asia climbed for a 10th week, widening the premium over the cost of the fuel in Europe, according to World Gas Intelligence.
One million British thermal units of LNG in northeast Asia for delivery in four to eight weeks rose 4.4 percent to $16.55, WGI said on its website today. European prices increased 0.9 percent to $11.10, with re-exports set to expand, according to WGI.
