Treasuries Advance; 10-Year Yield Falls 2 Basis Points to 1.60%

Treasuries advanced, pushing the yield on the 10-year note down two basis points to 1.60 percent at 7:45 a.m. London time.

Thirty-year yields also dropped two basis points, or 0.02 percentage point, to 2.79 percent.
