Yemen Said to Offer 1.9 Million Barrels of Masila Oil

Yemen issued a tender to sell 1.9 million barrels of Masila crude for loading in February, according to two people who received a copy of the offer document.

The tender issued by the country’s High Ministerial Committee for Crude Oil Marketing will close at 3 p.m. London time on Dec. 7, said the people, who asked not to be identified because they aren’t authorized to speak to the media.
