Obama Spent $176 Million in Final Weeks of Winning Campaign

President Barack Obama spent $176 million in the final weeks of his re-election campaign, bringing his total to $729 million.
Federal Election Commission reports filed tonight showed Obama raised $88 million, including $26.5 million from a joint fundraising effort with the Democratic National Committee and state parties, for a $733 million total.
He had $5.4 million left to spend as of Nov. 26 and $7.2 million in unpaid bills.
