Iraqi Oil Company Signs Consulting Deal With CH2M HILL

South Oil Co., owned by the Iraqi Oil Ministry, signed a $162 million consulting contract with CH2M HILL, said Thaier Yaseen, a spokesman for South Oil.
The Englewood, Colorado-based company will advise South Oil about the use of sea water for crude production for the west Qurna, Majnoon, Rumaila and Zubair oilfields, Yaseen said by phone today from Basra.
