Hrvatski Telekom, New Frontier Eye IN2, Poslovni Reports

T-Hrvatski Telekom d.d., a unit of Deutsche Telekom AG (DTE), and Austria’s New Frontier Group are competing to acquire a majority stake in IN2, Croatia’s largest software company, Poslovni Dnevnik reported, citing Ante Mandic, the head of the Zagreb-based software manufacturer.

IN2, which posted a net income of 19 million euros ($25 million) last year, is seeking to expand to western European markets, Poslovni cited Mandic as saying.
