Hong Kong Leung Says to Focus on Improving Roadside Air Quality

Hong Kong Chief Executive Leung Chun- ying said he wants to focus on improving the roadside air quality.
In the next 12 months, his government will roll out measures targeting pollution caused by commerical vehicles, Leung said at a lunchtime address today.
