S. Korea President Lee Says N. Korea Could Provoke at Any Time

South Korean President Lee Myung Bak warned that North Korea could provoke at any time and the South should be ready for such possibilities. Lee made the remark during a lunch meeting with top military commanders today.

A satellite image shows an increase in activity at a North Korean missile launch site, according to satellite company DigitalGlobe Inc.
