German 10-Year Bonds Open Lower With Yields Climbing to 1.45%

German 10-year government bonds opened lower, with the yield rising four basis points, or 0.04 percentage point, to 1.45 percent at 7:04 a.m. London time. Two- year yields climbed two basis points to 0.017 percent.
