OAO Surgutneftegas issued two tenders to sell a total of 300,000 metric tons of Urals and East Siberia-Pacific Ocean crudes, according to two traders with knowledge of the matter.
The company is seeking to sell 100,000 tons of Urals for Dec. 8 to Dec. 9 loading from Ust-Luga on the Baltic Sea, said the people, who declined to be identified as the information is confidential. The tender closes later today.
The two ESPO shipments are for loading on Jan. 1 to Jan. 5 and Jan. 5 to Jan. 9 from the port of Kozmino in Russia’s Far East, they said. The tender closes on Nov. 26.
