U.S. Treasuries Decline With 10-Year Yields Rising to 1.63%

U.S. Treasuries declined, with the 10-year yield rising one basis point to 1.63 percent at 10:28 a.m. London time. Thirty-year bonds fell for a fifth day, leaving the rate two basis points higher at 2.78 percent.
