Google Said to Face New Antitrust Probe Over Display-Ad Market

Auto Raposa Tavares to Issue 750 Million Reais in Debentures

Brazilian road operator Concessionaria Auto Raposa Tavares SA plans to issue non- convertible debentures worth 750 million reais, according to a regulatory filing.

The issue will take place on Dec.15, 2012, the Bauru-based company said in a filing to the CVM today.

The offer is being coordinated by Banco Bradesco BBI SA, Banco Votorantim SA, BB-Banco de Investimento SA, and HSBC Corretora de Titulos e Valores Mobiliarios SA.
