Shrs fall 12% to $8.10 at 3:41 p.m. in New York, after closing yesterday at $9.27, according to exchange data. * Pactera Technology was created out of a merger between VanceInfo and HiSoft, according to a Nov. 8 statement. * VanceInfo’s New York Stock Exchange listing was canceled yesterday. * Pactera went ex-dividend today, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
