Seahawks Beat Jets After Bengals Down Giants, Falcons Run Ends

The Seattle Seahawks defeated the New York Jets after the Giants lost to the Cincinnati Bengals and the New Orleans Saints ended the Atlanta Falcons unbeaten start to the National Football League season.

Sidney Rice caught two touchdown passes in the fourth quarter as the Seahawks won 28-7 at CenturyLink Field in Seattle to improve to 6-4 with their fifth home win this season. The Jets drop to 3-6 with their fifth loss in six games.

The Bengals beat the Giants 31-13 at Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati to improve to 4-5. A second straight defeat leaves the Giants with a 6-4 record.

The Saints (4-5) held on at the Superdome for a 31-27 win over the Falcons (8-1), who entered Week 10 of the regular season as the only unbeaten team in the league.
