Conduit Capital Partners LLC, a private-equity investment company, and Latin American development bank Corp. Andina de Fomento have bought 81 percent of two solar-energy projects in southern Peru from Spanish developers.

The Solarpack Corp. Tecnologica and Gestamp Solar projects, estimated to cost a combined $210 million, each have the capacity to generate 20 megawatts, Conduit and CAF said in a joint statement today. The amount of the investment and split in ownership wasn’t disclosed.

The Tacna project has started producing power while the Panamericana project is still under construction, according to the statement.
