UN Carbon Plan Created $250 Billion in Investment, Official Says

The United Nations carbon program has generated about $250 billion in investment and is “not a failure,” an official at the organization’s Framework Convention on Climate Change said today in Bangkok.
“There is no oversupply in UN carbon credits,” said Niclas Svenningsen, the manager for strategy and policy development for the UNFCC said at a conference in the Thai capital.
