RBS Hires UBS’s Hulina to Head Currency, Emerging-Markets Sales
Royal Bank of Scotland Plc., Britain’s biggest publicly owned lender, hired Ed Hulina from UBS AG (UBSN) as head of foreign-exchange and emerging-market sales for the Americas.
Hulina will be based in Stamford, Connecticut and report to Stephen Kemp, head of foreign exchange for the Americas, Rich Tang, head of sales for North America, and Mark Webster, global head of currency sales for financial institutions, RBS said in a statement.
At UBS, Hulina led a sales team for currency, credit and emerging market products after serving as regional head of currency sales for the Americas from 2004 to 2009.
RBS also said Anuj Mehra joins the bank as vice president of bank sales, from Barclays Plc. (BARC) Mehra, also based in Stamford, will report to Matt Thomas, head of foreign-exchange e-commerce and bank sales for North America.
