Canada’s Harper Announces By-Elections

Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper has called three by-elections for Nov. 26 for districts in the provinces of British Columbia, Ontario and Alberta.

Harper announced the by-elections in an e-mailed statement from Ottawa today.
