Turkey Says Russia’s Putin Postpones Visit to November

Russian President Vladimir Putin’s visit to Turkey next week has been postponed to November because of his busy schedule, the Turkish Prime Ministry’s office said.

Putin’s visit to Ankara was originally planned for Oct. 14 and Oct. 15.
