Suntech CEO King Assumes CFO Duties as Interim CFO Steps Down

Suntech Power Holdings Co., the largest solar-panel maker, said its interim chief financial officer stepped down from the top financial position “for personal reasons.”

Anlin Ting-Mason will retain her position as CFO of the Wuxi, China-based company’s U.S. unit, Suntech said in a filing today. David King, Suntech’s chief executive officer, will assume the CFO duties while the company seeks a permanent replacement.
