Usmanov’s Yota Starts Moscow Advanced Mobile Network Services

Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov’s Internet provider Scartel, which operates under the Yota brand, has started advanced fourth-generation mobile broadband services in its Moscow network, according to an e-mailed statement today.
The advanced fourth-generation technology allows data transmission speeds of 300 megabits per second at end users’ devices, Scartel said in the statement.
